Shipping and payment

This English text is a courtesy translation. The German-language version is the legally binding one.

Payment: advance bank transfer or credit card

You can pay by advance bank transfer (SEPA / Vorkasse) or by credit card (via Stripe).

If you pay by advance bank transfer, we send you the full bank details and the amount payable by e-mail to the address you provided immediately after your order. Please transfer the total amount within 7 days and state your order number as the payment reference. If payment is not received in time, your reservation lapses automatically and the pieces are released again.

If you pay by credit card, the amount is charged immediately via a payment page hosted by Stripe; you do not have to wait for bank details. In both cases, production begins only when your payment is received.

Made-to-order production and delivery time

Each box is made to order. After payment is received, we start printing your figure, clean it by hand and pack it with the hand-bound guide. You can follow every stage: in the queue, in production, finishing and quality check, and dispatched.

Information on delivery times are estimates based on the current queue and our production capacity — not promised dates. Please distinguish the estimated dispatch time (handover to the carrier) from the subsequent transit time of the shipping service provider until delivery. The dispatch time denotes the handover to the carrier, not the delivery date.

Shipping costs and zones

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and are computed on the server. You see the exact amount before completing the order. Three zones apply:

These shipping flat rates are provisional placeholders and still to be confirmed. The amount shown during checkout always prevails.

All product prices include statutory German value-added tax (VAT), plus the shipping costs stated above.

Delivery regions

We ship to Germany, within the EU and worldwide. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT or other charges may arise in the destination country; these are borne by the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Packaging

Each box is packed carefully and securely for transport so that the unpainted miniature, the paints and the guide reach you undamaged.
